ABOUT ME

Hi, I am Larissa Liburd, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, 007376) in the State of New York, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, PC010267) in the State of Pennsylvania and previously a Certified Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC). I have been involved in behavioral health counseling (both addiction and mental health) for the past 15 years working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. We are all human, emotional beings and therefore all experience challenges in our lives. Support is a valuable resource; however, we are often hesitant to utilize this resource due to the reluctance to discuss and confront troubling issues.

If you have taken this step, you have tapped into your courage to do something different. I will work with you to discover and gain confidence in your abilities to respond to issues, changes, and life's sometimes unpredictable circumstances. I am currently based in New York city area and am offering telehealth services only at this time.
