I am in-network and accept clients that have Optum/ United as their insurance provider.

BCBS

I accept individuals receiving medical coverage from Blue Cross Blue Shield.

AETNA

I accept individuals receiving medical coverage from Aetna.

SELF PAY

$150 for initial session, $125 per session thereafter

OUT OF NETWORK

If you have insurance through a provider not listed here, please call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask what their process is for submitting out of network receipts/claims. I am willing to assist with this process as well.
